Job summary

nVent Management Company is seeking a Builder Lead to join a world-class manufacturing team. Lead assembly tasks and support construction of Trachte buildings, influencing efficiency and quality on-site.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent, plus two years of related experience. Schedule runs Monday–Thursday 6:00am–4:30pm with potential overtime on Fridays. nVent offers a broad benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Two years of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Framing and installing interior liner panels, exterior sheeting, trim, doors, door hardware, gutters, hoods, pans, and hanging HVAC units.
• Maintaining an excellent driving record and operating company vehicles safely.
• Representing nVent with integrity and appropriate conduct during on-site services with customers, subcontractors, and staff.
• Striving to build an enjoyable workplace environment that engenders pride in our products and focuses on customers.
• Successfully implementing other duties as assigned.
