Job summary

SoFi Tech Solutions in San Francisco seeks an Engineering Manager of Workday Platform to lead a team of integration engineers and own core data conduits across the Workday ecosystem for HR, payroll and finance. You will partner with People Operations, Finance, Enterprise Engineering, Security, and external vendors to set technical roadmaps and ensure reliable integrations at scale.

You will foster an inclusive, high-performing culture, champion data integrity, and drive architectural standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of experience.
Master’s degree +3+ years in related field or equivalent.
Experience leading and mentoring Workday engineers and establishing engineering standards.
Strong understanding of Workday architecture, release management, and modernization.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on Workday HCM, Financial Management, Payroll and related ecosystem.
Define and execute Workday technical roadmap, architecture standards, and platform modernization aligned with business needs.
Translate priorities into sprint goals, integration specs, and project roadmaps with timely delivery.
Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and MuleSoft.
