Job summary

SoFi Tech Solutions in San Francisco is seeking an Engineering Manager of Workday Platform to lead a team of integration engineers building core data conduits across Workday HCM, Financial Management, and Payroll. You will partner with People Ops, Finance, and Security to set roadmaps and ensure scalable integrations.

You will mentor engineers, establish design standards, own incident response, and drive modernization using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, MuleSoft, and APIs while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering with required years of experience.
• Extensive hands-on Workday integration development and production support experience.
• Proven leadership of Workday engineers, setting standards and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Workday integration engineers across HCM, Financials, and Payroll.
• Define and execute Workday roadmaps, architecture standards, and modernization.
• Translate priorities into sprint goals, specs, and roadmaps for timely delivery.
• Design and maintain secure, scalable integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, and MuleSoft.
• Establish design, testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident-management standards.
• Own production support, root-cause analysis, and blameless post-mortems.
• Manage vendor integrations and data privacy, SLAs and security controls.
• Lead semi-annual Workday releases and identify value-added capabilities.
