Job summary

Electric Lettuce in Oregon City is seeking a Lead Budtender to elevate the customer experience and mentor the team. You will educate customers, help them find the right cannabis products, process POS transactions, and lead by example while adhering to OLCC requirements.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Must be 21+ years or older.
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience and coach others to do the same.
• Educate customers and help them find the right cannabis products.
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Help keep daily dispensary operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
• Support merchandising, product displays, and sales.
• Lead by example in following company policies and OLCC requirements.
• Assist management as needed.
