Job summary

Electric Lettuce, a leading dispensary in Portland, OR, seeks a Lead Budtender to elevate the customer experience on the floor and coach the team. You will educate customers on cannabis products, process POS transactions, and help maintain daily dispensary operations with a welcoming sales floor.

The ideal candidate has retail and leadership experience, strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain OLCC permit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience and coach others to do the same.
• Educate customers and help them find the right cannabis products.
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Help keep daily dispensary operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
• Support merchandising, product displays, and sales.
• Lead by example in following company policies and OLCC requirements.
• Assist management as needed.
