Job summary

Electric Lettuce in Happy Valley is seeking a Lead Budtender to elevate customer experiences and guide a team in a fast-paced dispensary. You will educate customers on cannabis products, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations on the sales floor.

Ideal applicants bring strong retail and leadership skills, with knowledge of OLCC requirements and a commitment to accuracy in POS transactions and merchandising. This role supports a collaborative team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or able to obtain one.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience and coach others to do the same.
• Educate customers and help them find the right cannabis products.
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Help keep daily dispensary operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
• Support merchandising, product displays, and sales.
• Lead by example in following company policies and OLCC requirements.
• Assist management as needed.
