Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older per state regulations.
• Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and guidance to each customer, explaining benefits of Premium Cannabis products.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns promptly; escalate when needed to management.
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill orders using POS and inventory systems, in compliance with policies.
• Create an engaging store atmosphere, keep dispensary stocked, clean, and customer-focused.
• Meet or exceed daily sales targets by following the customer experience selling cycle.
