Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
• Availability to work retail schedule that includes nights and weekends
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality, pharmacy, customer services, or retail environment.
• Must stay current and adhere to all policies and regulations of the state cannabis agency.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and a personalized experience to customers by explaining the potential benefits of premium cannabis products.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns quickly and communicate unresolved items to management.
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance with policies.
• Stay active by maintaining a clean, stocked, and properly operated dispensary environment with a customer-first approach.
• Meet or exceed daily sales targets through the customer experience selling cycle and product recommendations.
• Assist management in ensuring procedures reflect regulatory and compliance standards.
• Foster a positive work environment with dignity and respect, maintaining curiosity about cannabis.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Store Lead.
• Ensure all areas, including restrooms, are consistently clean, safe, and guest-ready.
