Electric Lettuce in Alberta is seeking a Lead Budtender to join the team. Bring cannabis expertise, customer service excellence, and leadership to a vibrant dispensary environment.

You will guide staff, educate customers on product selection, and ensure smooth store operations while upholding OLCC rules and company standards. This role requires 21+ and the ability to obtain a marijuana worker permit if needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail
• Must be 21+
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
