Job summary

Electric Lettuce in Happy Valley, OR is seeking a Lead Budtender to elevate guest experiences with cannabis knowledge, outstanding service, and strong leadership. You will coach teammates, educate customers, and ensure smooth daily operations on a busy dispensary floor.

The role requires OLCC compliance, 21+ age, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits include a monthly bonus, wage increases every 6 months for 2 years, tips, discounts, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
