Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Budget Analyst (A05) at the El Segundo, CA facility within the BROM group. The role leads a Budget Analysts team for the Mission Assurance organization (~1500 employees) and oversees EAC planning, allocations, and cost tracking.

The ideal candidate has a finance/ accounting background with extensive Excel and SAP/S4 experience, strong communication, and the ability to work on-site at El Segundo. The position offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15 years of relevant experience or Master's with 13 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word).
• Ability to work on-site at US NGC El Segundo Site.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee, and coordinate all aspects of Functional Business Management and lead a team of Budget Analysts for the Mission Assurance organization of approx. 1500 employees.
• Oversee EAC planning and monitoring; direct allocations; capital and AOP/LRSP development, budgeting and tracking.
• Provide guidance on time-charging and compliance; support Environmental Safety & Health Services initiatives.
• Mentor Budget Analysts and design standardized templates for data input and consolidation.
• Ensure expenses align with FAR/CAS, AS Disclosures, and NGAS PRoPs.
