Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Staff Budget Analyst (A05) in El Segundo, CA to lead the Mission Assurance function within Budget Rates & Overhead Management (BROM). You’ll oversee a large team, drive EAC planning, and ensure compliance with FAR/CAS and internal procedures.

The role requires a finance or business degree with extensive experience, advanced Excel, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration with extensive experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word) is required.
• On-site work at US NGC El Segundo Site is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills are required.
• Experience with SAP/S4 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of Functional Business Management for Mission Assurance.
• Supervise Budget Analysts in a team of ~1,500 employees.
• Oversee EAC planning and monitoring, and overhead pool oversight.
• Develop, budget, and track direct allocations, capital, and NCTA AOP/LRSP.
• Provide guidance on time-charging and compliance.
