Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Secret Clearance.
• Experience with SAP and IBM Cognos.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Preferred: Finance/Accounting/Economics degree; advanced MS Office; expertise in financial analysis.
• Knowledge of EVMS/FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Support development of AS indirect rates through modeling and cost accounting methods.
• Provide monthly review and variance explanations of actual rates vs forecasts.
• Generate reports and financial forecasting for Budgets, Rates, and Overhead Management.
• Coordinate with sector compliance and rate departments for consistent messaging.
• Pull data from financial systems to support audits and Forward Pricing Rate Proposal discussions.
• Interface with accounting and corporate office for monthly assessments.
• Support all activities related to Budgets, Rates, and Overhead Management.
