SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent for a bridge and heavy civil construction project north of Tampa Bay. This full-time onsite role will oversee field operations, coordinate foremen and subcontractors, and manage safety, schedule and budget with FDOT involvement.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of bridge experience, FDOT contract knowledge, OSHA competent person status, and is willing to relocate within Central Florida. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5 to 7+ years of bridge experience on heavy highway and bridge construction.
• Experience as a field superintendent on a bridge or interchange project.
• Working knowledge of FDOT contracts, specs and reporting.
• OSHA competent person certification.
• Clean driving record.
• Based in Tampa Bay or Central Florida or willing to relocate.

Aufgaben

• Run daily field operations on bridge and highway work.
• Schedule foremen, crews and subcontractors.
• Set production goals and hold the crews to them.
• Plan the work with the project manager and engineers.
• Own jobsite safety and act as the OSHA competent person.
• Work directly with FDOT inspectors and the owner's team.
• Track quantities, production and field cost against budget.
• Keep daily reports and field documentation current.
• Coordinate material, equipment and deliveries.
