Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is hiring a Project Superintendent for a North Tampa Bay bridge/highway project. This full-time, on-site role leads foremen and subcontractors, manages safety, production, schedule and budget, and interfaces with FDOT inspectors and the owner's team.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in bridge work, a track record as a field superintendent on bridge or interchange jobs, and knowledge of FDOT contracts. Relocation to Tampa Bay or Central Florida is welcomed.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of bridge experience on heavy highway construction.
• Experience as a superintendent on bridge or interchange projects.
• Knowledge of FDOT contracts, specs and reporting requirements.
• OSHA competent person certification or equivalent.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Design-build experience is a plus.
• Based in Tampa Bay/Central Florida or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Run daily field operations on bridge and highway work.
• Schedule foremen, crews and subcontractors.
• Set production goals and enforce them with crews.
• Plan work with the project manager and engineers.
• Own jobsite safety and act as OSHA competent person.
• Coordinate with FDOT inspectors and owner's team.
• Track quantities, production and field costs vs. budget.
• Keep daily reports and field documentation current.
• Coordinate material, equipment and deliveries.
