Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field of engineering plus four years progressively responsible experience, including two years supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising permanent employees, contractors, or consultants is preferred.
• Knowledge of structure design, construction, materials, preservation, and funding procedures is required.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing the Bridge Program maintenance, preservation, and replacement for Division 3 structures.
• Oversee budget, staffing, and resource allocation for bridge projects.
• Review design plans submitted by private firms for accuracy and compliance.
