Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a senior Bridge Engineer to provide technical leadership and grow its Bridge Department. The candidate will lead project design efforts, mentor junior staff, and manage client relationships in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Requirements include 15+ years of bridge/structural experience, a PE license, and degrees in Civil/Structural Engineering. Relocation assistance is available; sponsorship is not offered.

Lead – Structural (Bridge)

Growing engineering firm is seeking a senior Bridge Engineer to provide technical leadership and help grow its Bridge Department.

Requirements

• 15+ years of bridge/structural engineering experience
• PE license required
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Structural Engineering
• Strong bridge design, rehabilitation, replacement, and inspection experience
• Advanced knowledge of AASHTO LRFD and NJDOT standards
• AutoCAD and/or MicroStation experience
• Experience with LEAP, LARSA, MIDAS, CSiBridge, STAAD, or similar software
• Strong leadership, mentoring, QA/QC, and client-facing skills
• NJ, NY, or PA PE preferred
• Historical bridge rehabilitation experience a plus
