Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to join the Bridge Department and work on bridge design, rehabilitation, replacement, and transportation infrastructure projects.

5–8 years of bridge/structural engineering experience and a PE license are required. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of AASHTO LRFD and NJDOT standards, experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation, and familiarity with LEAP, LARSA, MIDAS, CSiBridge, STAAD, or similar software.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of bridge/structural engineering experience.
• PE license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Bridge design and structural analysis experience.
• Knowledge of AASHTO LRFD and NJDOT standards.
• AutoCAD and/or MicroStation experience.
• Experience with LEAP, LARSA, MIDAS, CSiBridge, STAAD, or similar software preferred.
• Strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze bridges in accordance with AASHTO LRFD and NJDOT standards.
• Lead rehabilitation and replacement projects within transportation infrastructure programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
