Oak Creek is seeking a skilled brewer to oversee quality control, production records, and cellaring, ensuring safety and hygiene across the brewery. The role entails maintaining equipment and planning purchases, with strong leadership to motivate the team and ensure consistent beer quality.

The ideal candidate will blend brewing expertise with hands-on problem solving, and have the physical capability to handle demanding production shifts in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for beer making and developing new beers.
• High level brewing skills.
• Physically fit with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push heavy loads.

• Some mechanical knowledge related to brewing components.

Responsabilités

• Quality control: assess quality of brew throughout the process with tasting.
• Production record keeping to improve beer quality and processes.
• Managing cellaring of beer and proper storage.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the brewery.
• Equipment maintenance and purchasing, plus maintenance scheduling.
