Qualifications

• Professional brewing experience in a commercial brewery.
• Ability to lead a brewery team and manage production schedules.
• Strong understanding of the complete brewing process, equipment, safety, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brewing recipes meeting quality standards.
• Oversee brewing from development to production, fermentation, finishing and QC.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency across beer portfolio.
