Responsibilities

• Lead Front-of-House staff management and recruitment processes.
• Develop and deliver staff training on beer, menu, and customer service.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and uphold service standards.
• Monitor costs related to beer, wine, and food; manage tips and discounts.
• Improve internal communication and relay company events and promotions.
• Support staff retention through recognition and coaching.
• Provide outstanding guest service and resolve customer issues.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for procedural improvements.
