The Tap Brewery in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking an experienced Head Brewer to lead our brewing operation. You’ll develop recipes, brew, maintain quality, and lead a small team while managing production, inventory, and logistics to restaurants and the Indiana craft beer community.

We offer a salary of $60,000–$75,000 annually based on experience, with medical, dental, vision, life, and ancillary benefits, plus a 401(k) with company match after one year.

Full-Time | $60,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience

The Tap Brewery is looking for an experienced Head Brewer to take the lead of our brewing operation in Bloomington, Indiana.

We're a small, hands-on brewery producing a wide variety of beers for The Tap and other Finney Hospitality Group locations. That means our Head Brewer isn't several layers removed from the beer—they're right in the middle of it.

You'll have the opportunity to develop recipes, brew, maintain quality, lead a small brewery team, manage production and inventory, and help determine what's coming out of our tanks next. You'll also oversee the logistics and relationships that keep our beer moving from the brewery to our restaurants and into the broader Indiana craft beer community.

We're looking for someone who combines technical brewing knowledge with creativity, leadership, organization, and a willingness to get their hands dirty.
