Job summary

Triple B Hospitality Group is seeking a Lead Breakfast Cook in Madison, AL. This full-time role involves supervising and assisting with food prep according to recipes and health safety regulations for customers, with an $18.00-$20.00 hourly rate and a 5:00 AM-1:00 PM shift.

The candidate should have 2–3 years post-high school education (culinary preferred) and 2–3 years of relevant kitchen leadership experience, with strong people management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of post-high school education, preferably a culinary degree.
• Two to three years of experience as a Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine or related culinary position is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession; includes management of people and/or problems and excellent oral, reading and written communication skills.
• Willingness to be hands-on with staff and operations and to work event-based hours including evenings and weekends.

Job Summary:The Lead Breakfast Cook supervises and assists with the preparation of food according to recipes and food/health safety regulations for customer consumption.

Pay Rate:$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Available Shift: 5:00 AM-1:00 PM

Lead Cook Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, plan, participate, and supervise the production, preparation and presentation of food.
• Provide a safe, sanitary work environment, which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive quality products.
• Supervise and participate in the production, preparation, and presentation of all foods for unit as assigned by the Aramark Executive Chef to ensure that a consistent quality product is produced which conforms to all established standards.
• Interview, schedule, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel, resolve problems, provide open communication, recommend discipline as appropriate, and perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Lead Cook Qualifications:

• Candidate will possess two to three years of post-high school education, preferably a culinary degree.
