Job summary

Triple B Hospitality Group's Lead Cook at Toyota Alabama in Huntsville, AL is responsible for supervising and assisting with the preparation of food according to recipes and health safety regulations. Qualifications

• Two to three years of post-high school education, preferably a culinary degree.
• Two to three years’ experience as a Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine or related culinary position.
• Advanced knowledge of food profession concepts and good communication skills.
• Willing to be hands-on with staff and support evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, participate, and supervise the production, preparation and presentation of food.
• Provide a safe, sanitary work environment that meets standards and regulations.
• Supervise and participate in production to ensure a consistent quality product.
• Interview, schedule, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel staff.
