Ramp is seeking a Principal Brand Designer to define the brand design system and take Ramp into new futures. You’ll turn our strategy into design, lead our most important brand projects, and help the team do its best work. This is a leadership individual contributor role.

You can take any idea from zero to one. You understand the business fundamentals, the product value, the channels that perform best, and you know where brand design amplifies and improves the work.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and evolving brand systems.
• Strong typography, imagery and layout sensibilities.
• Proven ability to lead major brand projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Set creative direction for Ramp's brand initiatives.
• Turn business goals and audience insights into brand ideas.
• Lead company-defining brand projects from concept to completion.
• Bring campaigns and launches from open question to finished work.
• Set quality and taste standards for all brand work.
• Serve as the go-to expert for typography, imagery, layout, and brand design.
• Champion and evolve Ramp's visual identity.
• Build and evolve the brand system.
