Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Design Systems Lead to embed judgment into the foundations of our product. You’ll guide architecture, shape typography, hierarchy, interaction, and motion, and ensure patterns scale with design and AI-enabled workflows.

You’ll work with designers, engineers, and product agents to raise quality and build beyond components to composition, tokens, and guidance, enabling teams to deliver coherent Ramp experiences.
