Job summary

Runlayer, a startup redefining AI governance, seeks its first brand designer to shape how we appear across web and in-person surfaces. You’ll own the brand system, set a high bar, and move fast while preserving craft.

You’ll partner with marketing and product design to create cohesive visuals—decks, webpages, campaigns, and events—translating complex tech into clear, compelling stories for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Brand leadership with track record of defining or evolving a brand.
• Comfortable operating as a team of one in design within a marketing team.
• Strong opinions loosely held, open to feedback, with good judgment.
• Experience across web, campaigns, print, events, decks, and motion.
• Interest in building AI tooling to scale brand work.
• Proficiency in design/presentation tools: Figma, Paper, Google Slides.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand execution for Runlayer across marketing, web, events, sales.
• Design sales enablement materials like decks, one-pagers, and templates.
• Design marketing materials like OG cards, webpages, social posts, trade show booth design, and swag.
• Build generative AI brand tools, templates and standards for speed and quality.
• Partner with product design to align brand and product and raise craft.
