Runlayer, the brand under Openkrill, is seeking a first Brand Designer to shape and launch a cohesive brand system across web and in-person surfaces. You will partner with marketing and product design to raise the craft bar while maintaining startup speed.

You will own brand execution, design sales and marketing materials, and potentially hire a production designer or contractors to scale brand work.

Qualifications

• Defined or meaningfully evolved a brand across multiple surfaces.
• Ability to build and maintain a brand design system at scale.
• Proficient in Figma, Google Slides, and presentation tooling.

Responsabilités

• Lead brand execution across marketing, web, events, and sales.
• Own end-to-end brand redesign, including agency partnerships.
• Create sales enablement materials like decks, one-pagers, and templates.
• Design marketing assets such as OG cards, webpages, social posts, booths, and swag.
• Develop generative AI brand tools, templates, and standards.
• Collaborate with product design to align brand and product, elevating craft.
• Hire production designer or contractors as needed.
