HappyRobot Inc. is seeking a Brand Designer to evolve our visual language across digital, social, print, and physical formats. You will maintain our brand system, elevate the design language, and create polished assets at high tempo while ensuring quality.

You’ll shape how HappyRobot communicates complex AI and enterprise concepts with clarity and craft, collaborate across a distributed team, and push the brand forward with fresh, compelling visuals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in brand or marketing design.
• A strong portfolio showing range, polish, and consistency across brand and marketing work.
• Deep command of design fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, composition, and layout.
• Fluency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to design across multiple formats: social, digital, print, and campaign assets.
• Thrives on production volume and quick turnarounds without sacrificing quality.
• Clear, concise communicator and strong collaborator across a distributed team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into a modern design and production workflow.

• Brand & Marketing Design: deliver assets across digital, social, print, and physical formats at high volume with quality.
• Brand System Stewardship: maintain and evolve the brand system for consistency.
• Visual Communication: design assets that simplify complex AI/enterprise concepts.
• Social & Campaign Support: create visually compelling storytelling for platforms.
• Presentation Design: support decks for all-hands, fundraising, partnerships, and execs.
• Design Library & Templates: build reusable assets to speed up the workflow.
• AI-Integrated Workflow: leverage AI tools to move faster and explore more.
