Job summary

Accendra Health seeks a Manager, Branch Logistics to lead the daily activities of Logistics personnel and functions across the branch network. You will drive timely product delivery, maintain compliance with applicable regulations, and guide a team to meet performance targets.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus experience in routing, inventory systems, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years driving history required.
• Successful completion of Company background check, including a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage Logistics department to optimize timely delivery of products.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare required driver documents.
• Oversee vehicle safety, inspections, and maintenance.
• Schedule daily routes and on-call coverage for Delivery staff.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on equipment and new products.
• Troubleshoot route and staffing issues as they arise.
