Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Manager, Branch Logistics to oversee daily logistics operations across a multi-location footprint. You will lead a team of supervisors and nonexempt staff, coordinate delivery scheduling, and ensure safe, compliant operations for home healthcare products.

Responsibilities include optimizing routes, managing loading, and partnering with purchasing on equipment orders while driving efficiency and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in a logistics or healthcare setting.
• Experience with regulatory requirements (FDA/DOT/OSHA) is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety procedures.
• Coordinate schedules for Delivery staff and on-call coverage.
• Oversee loading, routing, and equipment maintenance.
• Lead process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
