Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Manager, Branch Logistics to lead daily logistics operations, optimize product delivery, and ensure regulatory compliance within the branch network. The role emphasizes safety, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration to support Apria and Byram Healthcare brands.

The position requires supervisory experience, driving history, and knowledge of DOT/FDA/OSHA regulations, with a focus on developing a high-performing, compliant, and cost-efficient logistics team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years driving history required.
• May be required to hold a valid CDL with Hazardous Materials endorsement.
• May be required to satisfy DOT requirements for operating a commercial motor vehicle.
• Experience in home healthcare or related service management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Logistics department for the branch to optimize timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and maintains documentation for driver qualifications and hours of service.
• Oversees vehicle safety, inspections, and maintenance compliance.
• Manages daily and on-call Delivery staff schedules and route planning.
• Performs special projects to improve productivity and reduce branch costs.
• Coordinates with purchasing for equipment and new products.
• Responds to inquiries from patients, referral sources, vendors, and staff regarding orders and delivery issues.
• Performs on-call duties and may supervise multiple locations.
