Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Charlotte, NC is seeking a BCBA to lead assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical oversight for RBTs. You will collaborate with families and schools, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality documentation.

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
