Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a Blow Molding Shift Lead to direct all technical aspects of the blow molding processes used to produce sand filters.

The role focuses on setup, changeovers, quality verification, and process optimization on the 2nd shift (2:45pm - 11:00pm) at our Charlotte-area facility. The candidate will ensure standard cycle times, train operators, and support maintenance and Kaizen initiatives, while maintaining safe, clean, and efficient production lines in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Associates degree or vocational certification in Industrial technology, plastics processing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in plastics processing, blow molding, injection molding and computer applications is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct all technical aspects of blow molding processes to produce sand filters.
• Perform mold changes and setup; improve changeover efficiency.
• Ensure machines run at standard cycle times and meet quality targets.
• Support maintenance; participate in Kaizen activities and root cause analysis.
• Train operators on safety, quality, and procedures.
