Hayward Holdings Inc. on-site in Charlotte, NC, seeks a second-shift supervisor to ensure optimum process operating conditions for sand filters and blow molded products.
The role runs 2:45pm–11:00pm and covers blow molding setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and quality verification to meet standard cycle times. Applicants should have an associate degree or vocational certification in industrial technology or plastics processing, plus experience in plastics processing and computer applications.

To achieve optimum process operating conditions for the manufacture of sand filters and other blow molded products. This position is 2nd shift, 2:45pm - 11:00pm.
Must possess good leadership skills, be a self-starter and have good math skills. Good communication skills are needed with the ability to train other personnel. Reliable attendance record is required.
Associates degree or vocational certification in Industrial technology, plastics processing, or related field preferred. Experience in plastics processing, blow molding, injection molding and computer applications is highly desired.
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Job requires walking, lifting, climbing, and the ability to operate power and hand tools.
Typical manufacturing environment accompanied by noise (earplugs required), dust, moving machinery, forklift, pedestrian traffic, etc. Safety glasses must be worn when on the plant floor.
