Job summary

Igloo Products Corp. is seeking a Lead Process Technician - Blow Mold to manage operation, repair, and maintenance of high-volume blow molding equipment.

You will supervise technicians in the supervisor’s absence and ensure safety and quality throughout the cell. The role requires 5+ years in blow mold processing plastics and at least 1 year in lead or supervisory responsibilities, plus strong English and math skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Experience: 5+ years blow mold processing plastics; 1+ year lead or supervisory experience.
• English: read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Responsibilities

• Lead by executing activities within approved procedures and set priorities to meet goals.
• Perform duties of Supervisor, Set-Up Tech, or Relief as needed to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Ensure safety compliance among subordinates to reduce accidents and losses.
• Train technicians and operators.
• Support other functional areas such as shipping, QA, maintenance as required.
• Operate and maintain high-volume blow molding equipment.
