Job summary

Igloo Products Corp., a long-standing American brand, is seeking a skilled supervisor for its plastics blow molding operations. The role requires leadership of a 12-hour shift, hands-on start-up and shutdown of machines, and adherence to safety in a hot, humid warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in blow molding plastics, one year of supervisory experience, and solid English reading/writing abilities, with the physical capacity to lift 40 lbs and work extended hours.

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of blow mold processing plastics experience. Minimum one (1) year of lead or supervisory experience.
• English Language Skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Math Skills: Able to add, subtract, multiple and divide.
• Physical Demands: Manufacturing environment. Able to lift a maximum of 40 lbs. up to 10 times per day during a 12 hour shift; Able to manipulate tools with both hands and stand for long periods during a 12 hour shift; Able to stoop and bend, walk quickly and climb stairs.
• Work Conditions: Warehouse is hot and humid in summer months, cold in winter months.
