The ideal candidate has deep cloud-native experience, API design, and a track record of building scalable enterprise solutions. Travel to client sites is required and collaboration with advisory functions is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years professional engineering; 3+ years people management.
• Experience designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience building cloud-native/microservices architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile teams of engineers on blockchain projects.
• Grow the team and develop leaders.
• Establish and drive software engineering best practices across the team.
• Collaborate on product direction as technical lead for blockchain solutions.
• Educate clients on blockchain tech and evaluate use cases.
• Support business development as a technical resource with Advisory/Assurance/Tax teams.
• Ensure billability through external client work and manage delivery.
