Job summary

EY’s Digital Asset Research Center seeks a seasoned software developer to build and test blockchain-based solutions. You’ll work across front-end and back-end stacks, produce technical memos, and collaborate with auditors to test digital-asset financial statements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related prior work experience in application development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or related field.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Experience with Node.js, React, Solidity, Jest/Mocha, SQL/NoSQL, Git, Docker, and cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience in Agile teams and excellent written/verbal communication.
• Must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation.
• Ideal: open-source contributions and accounting/auditing exposure.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack development including front-end and back-end components.
• Create technical documentation and memos on digital asset topics.
• Collaborate with auditors to test financial statements related to digital assets.
• Develop innovative solutions for client implementations and core products.
• Stay updated on emerging practices and apply them where relevant.
