Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of related explosives industry work.
• 1+ year working experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Experience as a supervisor is preferred.
• Willing to undergo ATF background check to possess explosives.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead blast crew with safety, layout, preparation and detonation per requirements.
• Operate and direct work according to policies, SOPs and safety rules.
• Use and implement DN products, blasting practices and mining principles.
• Design blast patterns to deliver accurate outcomes based on needs.
• Investigate product complaints and escalations; document findings.
