Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences, pharmacy, or engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in biologics/pharmaceutical, with 3+ years in upstream areas.
• Experience leading a shift team is required.
• Strong problem solving and initiative in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and own tasks with integrity.
• Knowledge of GMP and manufacturing in biopharma environments.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ownership of upstream-specific operation area, including Inoculation, Cell Culture and Recovery.
• Plans and executes manufacturing operations using validated programs and systems.
• Completes manufacturing tasks efficiently and with accuracy.
• Drives projects to streamline processes and resolve issues timely.
• Leads safety risk assessments and supports audits as needed.
• Maintains quality records and ensures audit readiness.
