Bryan Health is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician to oversee maintenance and installation of medical equipment. This role involves coordinating with clinical departments for equipment evaluation and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate's degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering and at least three years of relevant experience. The position emphasizes leadership, effective communication, and technical proficiency in medical electronics.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of experience in medical equipment service field.
• Preferred AAMI CBET, CRES or CLES certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direction and support to a junior technician.
• Coordinates all phases of medical equipment maintenance.
• Installs and repairs biomedical electronic equipment.
• Conducts pre-purchase evaluations and advises clinical staff on equipment.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and performs safety tests.

Knowledge of medical electronics principles

Ability to read and analyze schematics

Educación
