Ideal candidates hold 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration or construction, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for occasional overnight travel. Local candidates in the Reno area are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Local candidate; respond within 1 hour of call.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in challenging environments.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar.
• Willingness for occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes).
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals.
• Lead jobs and ensure successful completion without direct personnel management.
