Job summary

Seaboard Foods in Texas is seeking a Lead Biogas Technician to oversee RNG facility operations. You will work in a team to achieve maintenance objectives, perform advanced troubleshooting, and implement safety and regulatory standards to keep systems reliable.

This role acts as supervisory authority in the absence of the Area Supervisor, requiring sound decision-making, mentoring of technicians, and the ability to respond to callouts.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and interpret English correspondence and technical procedures.
• Ability to present information to groups and respond to questions.
• 3+ years in a chemical or petrochemical environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize RNG process performance and reliability.
• Advanced troubleshooting of complex plant issues and equipment.
• Oversee plant/process systems and adjust operating parameters for optimal performance.
• Analyze effluent movements and coordinate corrective measures with farms.
• Lead by example, mentor technicians, and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Respond to callouts as needed and supervise in the Area Supervisor's absence.
