Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated bioanalytical leadership in pharma/biotech with small and large molecules.
• Experience with GLP/regulated bioanalysis and regulatory submissions.
• Proven CRO management as sponsor-side lead and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own integrated bioanalytical strategies across modalities.
• Lead external CRO governance and vendor negotiations for scope, timelines, budgets.
• Plan internal non-GLP lab build with business-case and implementation.
