Job summary

Bausch + Lomb seeks a seasoned bioanalytical leader to guide global program bioanalysis from discovery through lifecycle management. The role owns the externalized model, CRO selection, data quality and regulatory defensibility, with potential internal non-GLP lab in approximately two years.

You will define strategies for small and large molecules, drive regulatory submissions, lead vendor governance, build a high-performing team and ensure GLP/GCP compliance while managing budgets.
