Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate a variety of auxiliary binding machines containing several cutting heads, control surfaces or other attachments.
• Set up automatic bindery machines with multiple functions and station capabilities to produce finished books, catalogs, manuals, directories, magazines or other products.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues and ensure safe operation.
• Direct crew through all aspects of production and monitor quality, output and productivity.
• Train and mentor new and existing employees on company policies, procedures and best practices.
