Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Engineer to design and implement data analytics solutions that empower data-driven decisions across the organization. You will collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver scalable BI solutions.

The role requires 7+ years of experience in data analytics, strong ETL knowledge, and expertise with Azure-based data platforms and Power BI, along with excellent communication and agile project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing end-to-end data analytics solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing semantic layers for BI and Analytics consumption.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Experience developing actionable reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data sets and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience in project management and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
• Data Analytics, BI, and Cloud certifications are a plus.
• Experience in retail and education industries is a plus.

Responsibilities
