Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital’s Physician Services Organization is seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven process improvement and senior leadership reporting. You will analyze datasets, propose improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution.

The role involves generating analytics and reports for Senior Leadership, supporting initiatives from start to finish, and contributing to data collection and measurement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of various office and database applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze datasets and propose process improvement initiatives based on findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
• Perform analytics and create reports for Senior Leadership.
• Support initiatives from start to finish.
• Contribute to data collection and measurement activities, including aggregation and summarization.
• Complete documentation and project planning practices as part of reporting and initiative work.
• Create and deliver reporting using advanced Excel, Tableau, Smartsheet, and MS Office.
