Job summary

Fort Worth ISD is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise BI dashboards across district services. The role leverages Power BI, Azure data services, and governance practices to deliver actionable insights for leaders.

You will partner with stakeholders to capture requirements, build scalable data models, implement security, and ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across the district.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying enterprise BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience with Power BI, DAX, and data modeling.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, deployment, and maintenance of BI solutions using Power BI and Azure.
• Create semantic models, datasets, dataflows, and dashboards for executives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into data models.
• Design interactive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting.
• Develop complex DAX and optimized data models.
• Implement and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Azure Data Factory and SSIS.
